Below you will find a very brief but detailed list of suite policies. ❗️❗️ Important: Upon arrival text 470-726-7611 to be let in. For security purposes the door remains locked❗️❗️ Salon Policies 🔘 Please no extra guests or children unless receiving service. 🔘 No food is allowed in service area. Drinks may be allowed ONLY in a closed container with a lid or secured top( no to go drink cups) 🔘 Cell phone use: please bring headphones or ear pods. Speaker phone and loud videos disrupts the space and takes away from your relaxation time. Also please no work laptops during your service. 🔘Late Policy: Each appointment is allowed a 15 min grace period. At 10 mins you will loose a service. Example: You booked a fill in with nail designs. You will not be able to get nail designs. At 15 minute mark with no communication your appointment will be considered a no show and you will be charged for services booked per the cancellation/no show policy. 🔘 Cancelation/ No Show Policy: appointments may be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid 100% charge of services booked penalty. 🔘Rescheduling & Deposit: All appointments require a deposit AND card on file(for cancellation/no show policy) in order to secure your requested time. Should you need to reschedule your appointment please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Your deposit will be moved to the rescheduled appointment ONE time. 🔘 Communication: All communication may be done during business hours Tuesday-Saturday. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
